there is no place in Bangalore to do stunts so we go to mg road to practice ….there also there is so much cops so we went to nice road there also so many cops.There are more over 4 to 5000 saunters in bangalore …we will not leave our wheelie….i have one request for the government to give any place for us in Bangalore..this is Wat we need.if the government doesn’t give us place there will be so many mukkarams dead daily..

You are justifying the death of a teenage boy and praising the actions of the guards just because it was army territory? Did you not notice that what aroused the guards’ suspicions was not just Mukarram’s ignorance of the warning but also the fact that he spoke Urdu? Or have you choosen to ignore that teensy bit? Certainly, the incident could have been HANDLED BETTER. The army has made a fool of themselves by resorting to murdering a boy instead of giving chase further, which they could have done since it was SIX trained guards against ONE boy on foot. The army’s job is to ‘protect and defend’, not to prove to civilians that they are Gods and should be treated so.
It is also mighty easy to think about the best ways to do something when we are not in real danger. It becomes a completely different matter when our heart is racing and the blood is pounding in our ears.

Khalid, if the boy had spoken a Dravidian language he wouldn’t have been shot dead. What would you say about that. Isn’t this an example of ethnic profiling? Now I must think twice when I speak Hindi in Bangalore (I can’t speak the local language) for that may arouse suspicions. And they could have shot his leg and not abdomen. My heart goes out to the boy’s family and friends.

Handled better????? He trespassed army territory. Anybody with half a brain knows that can lead to death. He should have surrendered to the cops instead of thinking he is some sort of a super hero. Just because he managed to escape the cops doesn’t mean he can make a fool of our army too. He got what he deserved. I hope other drag racers learn from this. Travel to designated racing zones and leave the public roads in peace. Dangerous driving is a crime.

Nobody here is to blame except Mukarram. It may sound insensitive, but he got what he deserved. You have to think of these things with a straight head. Nobody cannot think of themselves as a superhero and above the law. If you intend to break the law, you should also be strong enough to handle the consequences of such actions and not run like a child.
