If you thought backpacks were a burden, just think about what it can really do to you if it can carry you around places. Raymond Li is an awesome inventor who has created the Water Jetpack which is a propeller-operated machine and it can life the user up in the air. However, the invention could be misused by arsonists and also could prove fatal if not used in the right way.

The Water Jetpack uses water to propel itself high up in the air. The Water Jetpack would be have two water pipes hanging at the back and since it is constantly in touch with water, the fuel and engine remain cooled and hence there is no risk of fire.

This can only be used where there is a lot of water and also, you would need to know how to swim. An interesting design, but the risk could be great and the inventor has not provided any guarantees. I guess we will have to wait until there is more information on this one. Till then, don’t think about flying in the air and watching water below you.
