Since the recession devastated the global economy, companies all around the world have been forced to lay off a majority of their employees, just to stay afloat and not be decimated by the global economic downturn. However, those who lost their jobs haven’t exact;y stayed home and wept about it. Many of such individuals started looking for greener pastures and found one in self-owned small businesses. These new initiatives enable such people to at least make their ends meet and take care of their bills and utilities.

Recently, a one of kind website surfaced on the internet, called Unintentional Entrepreneur, this site has been specifically created for people who lost their jobs and started their own small businesses. The people behind Unintentional Entrepreneur will be starting a five city survey tour, wherein, they would be interacting with these new entrepreneurs, get their take on the current economic situation and get to know about their needs. The goal of this brand new initiative, is to provide these individuals with a platform to reclaim their lives back, by providing them with free tools, expert advises, blog and forums, through which they can interact with others just like them all across the U.S. Unintentional Entrepreneur is a joint venture between Network Solutions and Outright, that is a small business accounting website, delivering its services for free of cost.
