Finally here comes a solution for those who have been squabbling over Toilet Seat-up verses seat-down. A group of four talented students from the West-Jutland College have invented an intelligent toilet that puts down the seat for you after it’s flushed. This is done automatically, which means you do not have to manually do it anymore.
Interestingly, these four students; Michael Kaastrup Kjær, Mike Skovbjerg Vad, Morten Baltzer Kristensen and René Nygaard Christensen have received an award at the Young Enterprise Enterprenurial awards in November for their intelli-Toilet Design as best product. The students received their awards from trade and economy Minister Lene Espersen, who apparently showed a lot of interest in their invention.
The concept is really cool but who really cares about the gender bias in toilet? Those who do care, I in my opinion feel strongly that they should concentrate on better things in life rather than involving themselves on gender biases. It’s about time we obliterated the gender biases, which make no sense. They only hamper the growth of the individuals and the society at large.
