This is a situation which is pretty common among many cultures in spite of the advances in technology. Thus, the meeting Point creates a pod like space where temperature is controlled in a transparent box so that you stay in comfort when you are waiting for that tardy person.

It also uses solar energy to light up so that you do not have to worry about what might happen when it is dark. There would also be seats outside the Meeting Point and that is when you do not have to wait for a long time. It also helps the other person find you easily. AQ brilliant design, but I wonder when it would be manufactured!
