All over the world people are literally fighting hard with recession but some people just don’t seem to be bothered or affected by it. We have just discovered a diamond cut table by Alexandra Von Furstenberg.
This Bullet table’s design is rather unconventional. It consists of clear acrylic panels, which are fused with black and mirrored accents in beveled configurations that reflect and refract light when you move around them. While the design of the table is unique, its price tag is rather too heavy to even think about buying. It is sold at a whopping $15,000. This is a lot of money to splurge on some table, which only has a design of emerald cut diamond but costs just like one. I would rather invest the money safely in the bank and not squander on such a table as this.
I wonder who would even think about wasting their second glance at this piece once they come to know the price. Besides, there are also so many other beautiful tables available at a much cheaper rate and, why would anybody want to waste their money on this piece of furniture?

I think the table is beautiful and saw it in the store. Truthfully it’s the showstopping piece and is the MOST expensive piece in the collection. I think your review was very biased and unfair. Seeing the entire collection, which has pieces that start at $160, she offers many different things at price points that are considerably fair for acrylic, which is expensive. Many design firms, whether its fashion, furniture, art, automotive, etc, have top end pieces that are made to get press as well as attention. This is probably hers. They said that only 5 will be made and when I was in the store, they had already sold the 1st one after being on the floor for a couple of weeks. The other pieces are not as special or beautiful, but I did like them a lot.
