A Three Wheeled Motorbike by Julien Rondinaud

Here is good news for those who love motorbikes! Julien Rondinaud, a Paris based bike designer has come up with an innovative form of motorcycle – with three inline wheels. You can now have double the fun while riding your bike. Considering the amount of danger involved in riding a two-wheeled bike, it indeed is a good idea to opt for this one.
Rondinaud’s three-wheeled bike has been carefully designed by using a reversed KTM Super Duke motor and three 14inch wheels to help create a 50% bigger tyre footprint. The first two wheels are closely fixed that bring in agility and the third brings in stability. Interestingly, all the three wheels use independent swing arms and suspension units and, single disc brakes unlike other bikes.
The front wheel for example, uses mechanical hub steering like the one you may have seen in a Bimota Tesi or Yamaha GTS. The mid wheel puts down the power as the front to mid wheelbase is shorter when the engine is reversed. The rear wheel is fixed into another steered hub but apparently, there is no connection with the handle bar. Overall the bike looks pretty cool!
