There are so many fonts on the computer. But now you can make your own handwriting into a font! Sounds pretty cool huh? Pilot Handwriting is a free website that allows you to do that. With this you could send out personalized emails or cards to your near and dear ones.
This website is a creation of the pilot pen company, and is along the similar lines as the YourFonts, though it is a tad bit better in terms of user friendliness. What you have to do is to print out a template, then write those alphabets in each box, and finally upload them back on the site. One can also upload your handwriting on the site with the help of a built in webcam capture tool or a scanner. And what is great is that you can even test your font first, and if there are some imperfections, then they can be rectified.
The one drawback is that this website does not allow you to download your font. So it can be used only when you go to the site and send a mail from there. But if you aren’t satisfied with just that and find it cumbersome then I guess YourFonts should be your pick.
