jj1 A Whacky Bio Cycle By Jud Turner

Imagine if you ever got to ride a skeleton bicycle with uncanny shapes of a monstrous human skeleton! You would surely gain the unwanted attention from the crowd and, the kids from your neighbourhood will definitely not come near you. Jud Turner, a US based sculptor from the state of Oregon has designed this strange and unprecedented bicycle called the ‘bio-cycle’.

The interesting part of the whole thing is that this bicycle is made from welded steel and the objects found that have been assembled to create a bicycle with a touch of a human skeleton on it. The best feature of this bicycle is the skeleton holding the front wheel in its hands complementing to the frame of the bike that is composed of the spine. However, the drawback is that it does not have a seat to sit on, which means it’s definitely not comfortable to ride. It has legs attached to the pedals.

You should not be very disappointed with this piece as well, as this was originally created for the ‘different spokes’ invitational sculpture show in Salem, Oregon.
