Accidents May Prove Costly For Space Travel

We have been hearing a lot about space travel and how that is going to be the future of the travel industry. However, space travel comes with its dangers and risks. Recently when astronauts were on their usual mission in the space, Heidemarie Stefanyshyn-Piper, who was cleaning the joint of a wing of the spacecraft, accidentally let a tool bag slip away into the space.

What followed was a 7-hour grueling task of fishing the bag, which contained $100,000 worth of tools. Now, this brings to light how precarious lives are when people are up there in the sky to travel. If the space agencies do not take adequate measures to safeguard important tools and train the technicians aboard to handle such strange situations, space travel may not be a very safe option.

However, NASA is apparently planning for a new and different approach to avoid such undesirable events from occurring again. I have always been excited about space travel but now, I shall have to think twice before I pledge my lie with a few astronauts who are prone to human errors.
