This is a world of uncertainty. Anything can happen anytime. Similarly, fire accidents can occur in any corner of your house. Moreover, the flames of fire can spread within fractions of seconds. Therefore, it is important that we look into the issue immediately. Keeping a fire extinguisher at home will be a great idea to tackle this problem. Sigrun Vik, a master student at Oslo School of Architecture and Design has designed an idea of “The Fire Act Extinguisher.” This however, as of now, is only a concept and nothing has been materialized yet to get into full production.

The Act Fire Extinguisher functions pretty simple. It connects to a wireless fire alarm system, which also alerts with sound and light when the alarm is triggered. This doesn’t look like a normal ordinary fire extinguisher. It has its own class. The form is modern and elegant. It could also be fit in any homes.

For your home’s safety, you can try out this idea. You never know when and where fire will break out in your home! Somebody rightly pointed out “Prevention is better than cure.”
