A new application Adobe Air surprised to display today as Android can be used to make video calls and voice. According to the specifications of the Mobile section from the site Mashable, this program was created from the newly released AIR 2.5.
The software can be considered the response of communities to develop Android and Adobe to FaceTime, the iPhone, which has the same purpose. The application was originally called “FlashTime” but the name was changed to avoid confusion.
Mark Doherty, Adobe Flash platform evangelist for mobile devices, said it is not an official release from Adobe, but an application that he built over three days to test new features AIR 2.5 for Android.
There is a video that shows former FlashTime running, staying at the official blog of Flash Mobile (www.flashmobileblog.com), but is password protected. Its view is private, for now.
Doherty has no plans to launch the application as a commercial product. However the trader promised to open its source code. He hopes that the program is ready and stable until the end of next week.
Those interested in giving the sequence in the project should get in contact with Doherty.

If only they would release this software for the Evo. Cause having to use additional software like Qik and Fringe is getting to be annoying.
