Adobe Systems today announced the introduction of an all new service called eSignatures, a cloud based service with which users will now be able to upload their PDF documents and then provide their own signatures, so as to authenticate the document as original. This service is free of cost and all a users has to do is to upload the document, insert the recipient’s e-mail address, create a message for the mail and then sign the document. It’s as simple as that! Once the document is signed, tit signifies the originality of the document and in case if the document is altered after the signature, the certification tag automatically gets revoked.
Adobe Systems strongly believe that, this all new eSignature authentication process will greatly benefit the financial institutions, that have in the recent times, moved more to online process than the traditional pen-paper combination. The introduction of the this new service will greatly simplify the manner in which authenticated documents are handled and as the eSignatures will provide an authentic document, it would in turn lead to a faster working conditions. Adobe envisions the eSignatures service to be integrated into virtually every aspect of our lives that revolve around paperwork and signatures.
So far, Adobe has been collaborating with various institutions so as to create a dynamic and fast track environment where electronic signatures become the norm of the work. As per Adobe, the Federal Housing Administration of FHA has already announced the acceptance of electronic signatures for third-party mortgage documents.
