Air France plane on the way from Rio de Janeiro to Paris disappeared over Atlantic Ocean after getting caught in bad weather and heavy turbulence. It is feared that all 200 passengers on board and the crew are dead. Moreover there is very little chance of recovering remains and the black box from the depth of the ocean.
Military aircraft from Brazil and France are searching over the Atlantic but there is very little hope of finding even sign of where aircraft has crashed and sunk. The aircraft had reported electrical fault before it went missing. The exact location of plane and time before the shocking crash cannot be ascertained. Nicolas Sarkozy, French President was at the Paris airport.
Airbus A330 had French, Brazilian, German, Italy and other nation citizens along with flight crew. The reason of crash remains obscure. It is suspected that it could have hit by lightning. But airplanes are often hit by lightning and turbulence. This is one of the most shocking crash in the history of aviation. The search and rescue efforts are still on.
