An E-book Store From Banes & Nobles For iPhone & PCs

One of the world’s biggest bookstores, Barnes & Nobles has announced the launch of its brand new e-book service that is compatible with all three major platforms, iPhone, Microsoft Windows and Apple MAC. Barnes & Nobles has been bestowed upon with the prestigious title of the ‘top bookseller’ in the United States and is widely known for its upscale retail outlets, that also serve delicious coffee from StarBucks.

The all new Barnes & Nobles e-book store has an estimated 700,000 titles as of now and Plastic Logic, has announced the launch of a e-book reader, compatible with the B&N e-books. This reader is slated to hit the commercial markets by early 2010. All the e-books available in Barnes & Nobles e-book store are available at a decent price tag of $9.99.
