There is something about sitting for a long time, and that makes it mandatory for ergonomics to come into picture. Chairs that do not allow flexible movement may cause a lot of harm and hindrance to you. Israeli designer Miran Nudell has designed the Apogee Chair which aims to make the process of changing positions easy and flexible.

The chair allows this movement by being flexible and giving support and comfort to the person sitting. The chair is designed to suit the sitter instead of the other way around. The Apogee Chair is made of pine wood, polyurethane rubber and fibre glass rods.

There is no information about either the price or its availability but in my opinion, a chair like this would cost quite a lot. Just go ahead and get yourself one of these Apogee Chairs and you would realize that the chair must accommodate your movements and changing positions without being a annoying. I would rate this chair an 8 on a scale of ten, when it comes to innovation and functionality.
