Well, it seems that for the year 2010, Apple Inc. is going to be the name on everyone’s lips as the company seems to be on a roll with the launch of its highly anticipated tablet device, Apple iPad and its plans to create the next generation of some its most popular gadgets, such as the iPhone and iPod Touch.

As per report, the configuration file of the Apple iPad OS contains some pretty specific and concrete hints to Apple’s plans of expanding its product line with new and improved versions of its most popular products. The OS file contains references to iPhone 3.2, iPhone 3.3, iPod 4.1, and iProd 2.1. As per the analysis of the these product versions, it seems that not only Apple is currently working on the next generation iPad, iPod Touch and iPhone, but that there could very well be a possibility of the launch of two new iPhones in the near future. The iProd 1.1 was originally a termed used for the Apple iPad and in the same the latest model of the iPhone is 3.1 and so is the current generation iPod Touch.

Some might assume that, these figure could have been assigned to the current devices as per their storage capacity. However, Apple’s products with varied storage capacities are never given different referential numbers and the fact that there are different models assigned with different numbers, makes one think about the expansion plans Apple Inc. and also as to what new surprises can we expect from the company?
