There are loads of speakers out there that dock with your iPod and transform your personal delight into party music. While all of the concentrate on style and clarity of sound, ASUS AIR3 Speaker System has gone a different way by improving its array of tricks. This seems a pretty smart choice to make considering the fact that this will put it in an exclusive class where the ASUS AIR3 speaker doubles up as both an iPod speaker and an internet radio speaker.

The ASUS AIR3 can play with iPods that have dock connectors, which means most of them sans the Shuffle. But the Shuffle along with other digital audio players can connect to the speaker system via a 3.5mm jack while internet radio stations are streamed via Wi-Fi connection. This puts it in a select group of speaker and the little display on top allows you to know what exactly you are listening to. The ASUS AIR3 is a bit of a let down when it comes to style and design, but considering that ASUS has chosen to work in a totally different direction, one can maybe look past that.
