Audiomatryoshka Brings a Little Bit of Russia to Your Living Room

Think about Russia and you would get a number of ideas in your mind. You may think of vodka, Siberia, Russian folk tales and of course Matryoshka dolls. Russian designer Alex Mamontoff has created these cool speakers, which look like Matryoshka dolls. He calls them Audiomatryoshka and they come in bright magenta, a step ahead of being or looking pink.

However, these speakers can’t be put inside one another, which is what Matryoshka dolls are all about. Well, the speakers only look like the Matryoshka dolls I guess. However, these are still in the conceptual stage so do not expect them to see at your local audio store. In fact, Mamontoff has no plans for getting these lovely speakers manufactured.

I would say, just keep a watch and you never know, the eccentric Russian designer might just decide to get them manufactured and you could show off in front of your friends how cool you are, by blaring out heavy metal from these hot pink Matryoshka speakers. Russia never ceases to amaze me, and Russians are more fun than any other breed, trust me.
