People who are totally into books would never agree to e-Books. This is because e-Books are neither romantic, nor do they smell of that typical bookish aroma. Well, here is an award winning robotic gadget that flips pages and also holds them in place for you, if you are too lazy to do so yourself.
I ask, why would you take so much trouble just for a book? I would happily hold a book in my hand, lie in my bed or in the hammock, and read it up. The design is called Book Time and in my opinion, it does not serve any purpose other than being a stunt.
It also does not look very friendly and is quite a monstrosity. This time, the Japanese have really gone wrong with this gadget. I certainly would not recommend this gadget to anyone, for holding either, a book or an e-book is better than fixing your neck to one single place to read a book. Ouch, it already hurts my neck thinking about it!

This gadget could be used by paralyzed people. I wouldn’t say it sucks, looks like it does it’s job well.
This device is used by people with disabilities. Yes, you, who are ablebodied and have no trouble holding a book and turning a page, do not see the necessity, nor genius of it.
Someone with no upper limbs, those with limited mobility who cannot hold a book, cannot turn a page, etc., find this a necessary device to function on a daily basis.
If you lost the ability to use your arms tomorrow, and didn’t want to be 100% dependent on someone else for the rest of your life to enjoy a good book… what would you do? Besides change your tune, of course.
