He is an armed masked man wearing tan clothing. He could be a terrorist or a bank robber or a revolutionary. If children are not given toys to represent villains then they are not permitted to learn the lesson that heroes are not spawned out of thin air, men require a purpose to make them great. When children are allowed to think that Heroes occur without injustices in the world, they grow up unable to understand why there are badguy toys. Or worse yet they look in toy stores for the villains trying to injure our children while ignoring the villains they are in bed with.
