The Biscotti TV Phone is a nifty little device that essentially turns your HD television into a high definition video phone and seamlessly integrates Google video chat for an absolutely free HD video chat experience. Biscotti TV Phone works solely on wifi and thus does not interrupt your cable or satellite connections, which means that users can make or receive video calls, while watching television.
