blogtalkradio Blog Talk Radio: Host Your Own Podcast

Quite some time back, Blog Talk Radio became every geeks personal favourite. It gave them the opportunity to extend their geekiness to others like them around the world and establish the semblance of having a normal life. But then, others less geeky also use this site which allows people to set up podcasts using just a phone.

Blog Talk Radio has over 1000 broadcasts every day, including major ones such as PBS and Women’s Day Magazine. The site also has podcasts coming from major corporations such as Wal-Mart, Harper Collins and Sun Microsystems because the site allows companies to create and publish their podcasts (where obviously a lot of advertising for their products could be done). As if it isn’t enough that private companies have taken over from individual geeks, a major superpower, the Pentagon, is trying to get into the game.

Podcasts on the Blog Talk Radio are archived so that old shows can be checked out anytime, downloaded or even played on other sites. If you’re dying to increase the sales of your products or just want for your voice to be heard by others, this is the site where you can get it done. Just remember that Blog Talk Radio charges companies for their live air time.
