According to the Cancer Research in United Kingdom, there has been an increase in the number of people being diagnosed by this type of cancer. Experts have even predicted the approximate number of cases by 2024 to be 15,000.

Melanoma claims almost 1800 young lives every year. Those obsessed with tan is even nick named tanorexics, especially young girls in the twenties. What seems to be more alarming is the lack of concern among tanorexics. Some are even unaware of the hazards to their skin that can be caused by over exposure to the sun.

The figures of skin cancer patients are rocketing every year. Many in their twenties have lost their lives to this disease. Tanorexics need to be made aware the consequence of that lovely tan and how it can prove to be fatal. Every time you expose in the harsh sun rays, be careful that what you are binging on could give you skin cancer.
