CES 2009 saw a number of cool products being unveiled and all that we lacked was a scanner. Now, most companies believe that being seen at the right place at the right time is how a product can be seen and heard. RealView seemed to understand this and launched their 3D desktop scanner at the CES 2009. They announced 3 different models for the 3D desktop scanner category.

The models include RealView 360 3D, 360 HD, and the 360 HD RealView Commercial. These products are however meant for business usage and could still be used by others. I would say, grab one of these when they hit the market.

However, we do not have any information about the price or the availability. RealView for a change stole all the limelight in spite of not being one of the bigwigs. It always pays to design a great product for that is what matters ultimately.
