Samsung was in the news at CES 2009 for unveiling the world’s slimmest Blu-ray player and HDTV, but now they seem to be busy evermore. The company has launched P3, a portable multimedia player that comes with an awesome haptic feedback technology. It also has a large 3-inch WQVGA TFT LCD touchscreen.

Even gestures like snapping fingers, swiping etc will automatically give out commands to change tracks, increase volume etc. The device comes in matte finish and has a storage capacity ranging from 4GB to 32GB. It shall be made available during the middle of this year. Nothing is known about the price of the Samsung P3 player yet.

Looks like 2009 shall be an exciting year for those who love gadgets that combine sensory perception and innovative technology. After all, it is the interactive interface of a gadget that matters the most. P3 has many more interesting features and definitely can’t be ignored.
