CES 2009 also saw Microsoft announcing many of their new services and products to appreciative crowds. The have announced the Windows 7, a mobile phone that runs on Windows, awesome new services for Xbox Live Services. They have also come up with applications for Windows Live.

Partnerships with Dell, Facebook and Verizon are in the horizon though there is no clear information about what kind of partnerships these really are. Moreover, Microsoft chief executive Steve Ballmer has announced that they are going to come up with phones, computers and televisions all running in a single net environment and a single OS that is Windows.

Maybe this would result in a more controlled and comfortable usage for the user. However, what the implications are could be something that can only be guessed at the moment. Microsoft will surely be in news in the next few days at the CES 2009, Las Vegas, Nevada.
