If you would like to know what the latest update for the TruPhone is, well it brings the VoIP and Instant Message software together with the iPod touch. And all these would be compatible with Skype. Just like Skype, if you are a TruPhone user, you can call and connect with other TruPhone users for free.

It also allows you to talk to your friends on other services such as gtalk, Skype etc and hence is better than Skype itself. It also comes with touch technology which means you would not have to fiddle with ugly buttons. The price and availability are not known yet.

In any case, this seems to be an interesting product for which we can go ahead and wait. It really would be fun to contact people from other services without having to register and install all the software on phone or PC.
