CES 2010 saw the announcement of Google Nexus One smartphone, and we all know how anything that is launched by Google generates viral publicity. While the Nexus One is not completely extra-ordinary from what the other bloggers say, Microsoft already seems to be paranoid enough to let out some information about Microsoft Office in order to divert attention.
The Microsoft Office 2010′s pricing has been unveiled at the CES 2010 and the boxed copies of Office Home and Student cost $149, Office Home and Business, $279; Office Professional, $499; Office Professional Academic, $99; and the products key cards would cost something like this: Office Home and Student, $119; Office Home and Business, $199; and Office Professional for $349.
Microsoft reported that 2 million people have already downloaded Office 2010 beta. I personally use Microsoft Office and no matter what people talk about it, I shall continue to use MS Office for it is convenient, fast and familiar. Of course, not many would agree with me but then it all boils down to personal preferences. Moreover, the MS Office 2010 isn’t all that expensive either, and is pretty affordable. I would so love to get the latest version of the Office!
