Nothing can be more fascinating for car aficionados than a superfast car with a dazzling design. Like little boys who have just been shown a fire truck, any guy would lose his cool over a car that looks as good as this.
Then again, how would you feel when you are told it is not even real? The Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1-Based Bertone Mantide is a life size mock up of the beautiful, one that is so life like in appearance that you feel if you could just get near enough to open the door then you would be able to start the engine and vroom away. The Bertone Mantide was unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show this week and had people of all ages fawning all over its gleaming surface. The Corvette is powered by a Chevrolet 638hp 6.2 litre V8 engine and can hit 0-62mph in 3.2 seconds flat; the original Corvette, that is.
The Bertone Mantide has a top speed of 217mph, enough to give any adrenaline junkie a speed thrill. So, how beautiful need a car be for you to kill for it?

That is a shockingly ugly car. It’s so angular, I can safely say I have never seen a good looking car designed by an american.
nice car
David you are a moron plain and simple. Please do the world a favor and stop talking.
David is an idiot. Probably drives a Prius.
I normally love all American cars and I hate the prius but I must admit that this car is almost too ridiculous. Nothing flows. It almost looks like a Nissan concept…
