McDonalds is in the news for, unfortunately, the wrong reasons, reasons which are quite gross and may turn you completely off fast food. Not many people would have the stomach to reach over for some French fries after this bit of news.
A 7 year old girl allegedly found a condom inside her order of French fries from McDonalds. Unlike in the case of packaged goods, this probably means the person taking her order was at fault. The condom was found in a Happy Meal order, but the girl’s mother was neither happy nor amused and promptly reported it to the cops. An investigation on how the condom got mixed with the fries and who was responsible is currently underway. According to the cops, an analysis is also being done to find if the condom posed a health risk.
The incident occurred at Fribourg, Switzerland, and McDonald’s have not yet released a statement about the incident. It isn’t clear at this point if the condom was used, which would truly gross things up for all McDonald’s fans.
