The cry of “Death to the Bourbons,” the royal family of Spain, launched on Saturday by a Spanish political tensions agitated and provoked nationalist demands that he resign.

In a statement here Sunday, Tarda said that did not stimulate anyone to kill members of the royal family. He said he wanted to criticize the monarchy as an institution.
