
Dell Inc., the biggest computer manufacturing firm in the world, had recently stepped into the domain of smart phones, when it announced the launch of its very own Dell Ophone for the Chinese market. Now, according to some inside sources Dell is all set to release a similar Android 2.0 powered smart phone in the United States,named Dell Streak.
Dell Streak is believed to have a screen resolution of WVGA 800 x 480, featuring touch controls and is based entirely on the Google Android 2.0 platform. This all new smart phone will provide its users with WiFi, Bluetooth and 3G WWAN connectivity along with a 5 mega pixel camera and a front camera that is expected to be used for video calling and conferencing.
