Perhaps time has arrived to discard all those dusty recipe booklets you carefully collected over those years. Some may have been handed over to you by that boring well-oiled aunt from the country. Well, the Demy Digital Recipe Reader is that kind of a gadget, which makes you linger around the kitchen for longer than you, would previously have wanted to.
The recipe reader packs in a 7″ LCD screen and an accelerometer and you could switch between modes like landscape and portrait. The Demy can hold up to 2,500 recipes with photographs and it can be updated via USB. You have the choice of uploading your own recipes or downloading them from keyingredient.com.
The Demy also packs in 3 built-in cooking timers, a tool to converse, and of course a database containing substitutions which lets you know what could be used instead of that annoying ingredient which can’t be found in the kitchen on that particular day. The Demy Digital Recipe Reader would be launched by the end of October and would cost $300.

Demy just arrived and I’m very excited. Yet I can’t decide what should I cook today.
