Improved Design of C6 Model Launched by LivingHomes

LivingHomes has launched its new and improved C6 model to an enthusiastic response. The event at which the new model debuted was Dwell on Design held in June this year. Steve Glenn, founder and CEO of LivingHomes is very happy about the response he has received for the C6 model. The sales figures indicate a high level of interest from buyers looking for homes. In fact C6 has been LivingHomes’ most successful model so far. The new model of C6 is a vastly improved model as newer improved features have been incorporated in it. The new model is expected to receive a greater level of acceptance from the buyers.

The Size of the Improved Model of C6 is Bigger

The important improvements in the new model include larger bedrooms, spectacular new windows from Western Window Systems. The new window systems help open up the main room completely. The exterior design has also been modified and some reclaimed wood has also been used in finishing it. The overall size of the new design is marginally bigger but it has not affected the price which remains the same. The C6 model is a U shaped home that features a master suite, an open living/kitchen/dining area. The other wing of the U has two other rooms and a bathroom. The design of the C6 model was made in collaboration with Make It Right.

The Price of the C6 Model Starts at $179,000

The home has 1,288 square feet of living space and the interiors can be customized by the buyer through LivingHomes online configuration program. The standard models come with fiber cement cladding but the buyer has an option of upgrading it with reclaimed wood. The improved window system also includes a sliding panel that opens up the living space to the outdoors. The lighting and water fixtures are energy efficient and complimented by a Nest Learning Thermostat. There are recycled products used in the home and also a carbon offset to counter the energy used in construction of the home. The homes have grey water recycling facility and a rooftop photovoltaic system. The homes are Energy Star certified. The price of of the improved new version of the C6 model starts at $179,000 only out of which a part goes to support the nonprofit organization started by Brad Pitt.
