The last time Kylie Kwong asked you to boil the shrimps on a ‘medium heat’ you must have wondered how hot is medium and how hot is really hot. In fact, it is quite difficult to judge a pan’s temperature before adding ingredients and it is even more difficult to gauge the temperature while the stuff is getting cooked. If the heat is either reduced or increased, it could spoil your great recipe.
The Digital Thermometer Pan comes with an inbuilt thermometer and lets you monitor the heat of the pan and make sure your food isn’t over or under cooked. The pan is 20cm in diameter and has a Dupont-nonstick skillet. The readout of the thermometer is located in the handle and you can check it in Fahrenheit and Celsius.
This can be used with your dishwater and can easily be cleaned. The pan works on direct heat sources like electric stoves, gas stoves, halogen stoves and induction cook tops. The pan comes at the price of $49.99 a piece and is well worth the money. Looks like you will never have to burn your caramel nor overcook the shrimps.
