Your dream house need not be something you would want to show off to the world. For many who have the money, can afford a dream home and yet want it to be extremely private, it is possible after all.

Vision Division, a young travelling architecture firm founded by Swedes Anders Berensson and Ulf Mejergren, has been making that possible.

So when a Swedish family asked for its dream house in the south of Spain which could turn into an invisible fort less accessible to the worldly lot, the firm made the design look like a garage overlooking the road, with many vehicles.

What those passing by the garage would not know, is that it has a steel cylinder which is actually the cover for a hidden staircase – staircase that does not go up, instead winds down into, a living room below. The living room is obviously not visible.

When mesh is turned over into sun protecting panes, one gets a panoramic view of surrounding mountains from the social rooms and bedrooms, which are all built accordingly. Bathrooms of the house are located facing the hill, and look cave like.
