If you are looking searching for a new bed for your bedroom then you might want to take a look at the “Floating Platform Bed” designed by Holger Weismann, a famous German designer. Holger is known for creating unique items that are not found anywhere else. Hence, he keeps his designs very unique from the rest. The beautiful bed literally levitates on four cubes, which is not a usual sight that you see in any bed.

The cubes can be used to keep small things or sometimes you can even sit on them. The two headboards can be folded and create a night lamp. The bed is available in six different woods and nine colors. Black and walnut are the dominant colors in the US whereas it’s dark red and white in Germany.

The bed looks very spacious and comfortable. There is no mention about the price tag or the release date. Since it’s an ultra modern bed, I am assuming the bed to come with a tad heavy price tag. Comforts do not come cheap and you need to splurge on them literally. I would love to decorate my room with this ultra modern bed.
