Families looking for a whimsical place to live can purchase a homesite and have their luxury dream home near a magical kingdom.

Golden Oak is a new community of luxury custom homes in Disney Resort with access to the Four Seasons Resort Orlando. Homeowners in the Golden Oak community will have access to the neighboring Four Season Resort amenities, including fitness center, five pools, a lazy river, and a resident manager who oversees and plans all services.

The manager can arrange hotel-living experiences within the resident personal home. But of course, these services available for an additional fee, including personal laundry, resort deliveries to residences, bed linen, and towel services.

What’s more! Managers can also provide assistance for residential maintenance, private parties, personal shopping and cleaning requirements. Residents can also request for transportation from their homes to the amusement parks, book a home spa treatment, and ask for a reservation in any of the six restaurants on the nearby resort.

Buyers purchasing a homesite get attractive benefits such as access to Tranquilo Golf Club, resorts fitness and tennis facilities, private club facility and membership in the Golden Oak Club. Residents can also get a “Club Life” membership, which gives them several rewards at Walt Disney and a concierge-style program that provides special Disney Resort benefits and events.

The buyers can purchase a homesite and then work with the authorized builders to create their dream home. They can also select a premade floor plan that can be adjusted to suit their preferences. Some of the customizations options include workout studios, private elevators, bowling alleys, backyard pools, and home theaters. Most homes are spacious, ranging in sizes from 6,000 to over 10,000 square feet and will feature six to eight rooms. The cost of the homesites start at $1.3 million, finished homes begin at $5 million, each fully customized.
