Gateway has launched its 11.6 inch netbook which also comes with a 1.2GHz single-core AMD Athlon 64 L110 processor. It comes with an awesome resolution of 16:9 display, at 1364 x 768. It will come in red and black colours and is feature rich. It comes with an integrated webcam, 3 USB 2.0 ports, one year extended warranty, 2 built in stereo speakers, multi-in-1 Digital Media Card reader, Wi-Fi and 6-cell Li-ion battery.

I would say that the 11.6-inch WXGA High Definition LED back-lit display, the 2048MB DDR2 SDRAM Single Channel Memory  and Integrated ATI Radeon X1270 Graphics are the best highlights of this netbook.

It also comes with a 250 GB hard drive. At $399, it is pretty expensive for a netbook but you could still go ahead and get it for yourself. I have always wondered where this 11.6 inch netbook battle would lead us to! I guess Gateway’s LT3100 has all the answers for that question!
