One of the emerging names in the television hardware industry, GenosTV, which is a subsidiary of ShambroWest Corporation has now introduced an all new universal remote controller, that would not only be able to handle all kinds of TVs, but will also be compatible with gaming consoles and believe it or not, it could also prove to be a boon for the heavy cell phone texters. The all new universal remote controller called, Cyclops is being hailed as the most ergonomically correct controller in the market and the Cyclops is said to be the prefect device for users who prefer to use both hands.

The Cyclops universal remote controller was originally engineered to work as a keyboard for the GenosTV Cable box, but understanding the potential of the device, the company chose to release it a stand alone product, that would control televisions and other consumer electronic devices. There is also gaming console version of the Cyclops in the making. The Cyclops will also be featuring Bluetooth connectivity, that would allow the device to pair with cell phones, thus enabling the users to send and receive more text messages along with a greater flow. The Cyclops has been designed and developed to resemble the shape of a disc and has been provided with a QWERTY keypad, along with media controls at the bottom of the device. It also features a modified D-pad with a large button right in the center of the device.

The Cyclops has been deemed ready for manufacturing and GenosTV is already taking pre-orders for the device. This incredible universal remote controller will hit the markets in the holiday season later this year and as of now, there is no word on the pricing of the device.
