We all know how Chrysler has been facing the tide recently and how recession has almost floored the auto industry. That should not stop you from loving cars and making new ones right?
Well, the Ghia Gilda Streamline X Coupe is an interesting car which was commissioned by Chrysler’s executives way back in 1955. It was designed by the cool Italian designer Giovanni Savonuzzi and was kept in Henry Ford Museum for a long time. After that, it was bought by a Californian richkid who spent $125,000 on it.
Scott Grundfor bought the new car and being the new owner, he restored the car to its original glory and is an example of the Fifties jet plane car design. I would say, this is one of the best vintage cars I have ever seem. I am sure you would love this red monster too! I would love it if all the glorious cars of the glamorous fifties are restored this way.
