Sending emails constantly for certain groups of people, you take the risk of making mistakes in typing an address and include a wrong person. To avoid those possible situations in the future, Google threw for Gmail users a new resource under the category Labs, after awhile without presenting anything new in there.
Entitle Got the wrong Bob?, it is capable to learn the addressees’ sequence that you choose for the people’s groups with whom you keep in touch. So, it recognizes when you miss the name of somebody in a group of contacts in the moment of composing an email, suggesting the name and address correction before the message to be sent.
Obviously, that will just work with three people’s groups or more. To complement the release, the giant search engine it also changed the name of a Labs already existent in Gmail, Suggest more recipients, that allows you to complemental a group of addressees for who an email will be sent, when you forget of mentioning an address that was present in previous messages. Now, the name is Don t forget Bob.
To try that new Labs of Gmail, just go to Configurations of the service and to select Labs to activate it. It will be necessary to reload the page after the activation
