Google‘s big boss spoke good about Arthur Levinson and about Apple recently, but there wasn’t another way: the CEO of Genentech, that worked until last week in the managements of two of the largest companies of the valley of the Silicon, had to leave giant of searches, something that was made official today by an official report. No justification was given on the exit, but they are already making connections with the investigations driven by FTC among the three companies.

When talking about the subject, Eric Schmidt, CEO of Google, described Levinson as a friend, going besides the professional connections. “Art was fundamental part of the success of Google in the last five years, offering consultancy and vital advicer in each great problem and opportunity that we have been facing. Although he is leaving our Council, he will always have a special room in Google”, Schmidt said.

Levinson, didn’t weave comments on his exit, but he spoke in a positive way and similar to the giant’s of searches CEO. “To work with Eric, Larry, Sergey and the whole team of Google went an outstanding experience to me. I admire a lot what they built and I don’t have any doubt that Google will have a fantastic future”, said him, that will continue as director of Apple.

If all that movement interns among Apple, Genentech and Google was to leave the ghost of FTC far away from each one of their doors, maybe the measures don’t have the expected result and until they increase the curiosity of the regulator organ.
