The United Kingdom is all set to receive the Acer Liquid A1, which is the latest in the line of increasing Google Android powered smart phones. The all Acer Liquid A1 is dubbed as one of the brightest smart phones to hit the markets. The device will be available via two of Britain’s top retail outlets Expansys and Clove with each offering the Liquid A1 at £339.99 ($554) and £328.90 ($536) respectively.
The all new smart phone from Acer sports a 3.5? touchscreen along with a 5 mega pixel camera for the photography enthusiasts. Acer Liquid A1 is powered by a Qualcomm 8250 768MHz processor with Google Android 1.6 and runs on 256 MB of RAM. Along with other features, the Liquid A1 is enabled with Wifi and Bluetooth to provide comprehensive connectivity solutions.
However, how much will Acer Liquid A1 be able to woo the consumers in UK and Europe is siomething that only time will tell, especially since Google Android powered devices are not sought after in Europe. The consumers in this part of the world prefer to spend their money on device built around the more conventional mobile operating systems, such as Symbian and Java and have known to be quite skeptical when it comes to Google’s new born Android mobile operating system.
