Ever since the launch of one of the most cherished smart phones in the world, Google Nexus One, users have been waiting anxiously for accessories for the Nexus One to enhance their smart phone experience. Now, Google has finally heard the wishes of its consumers and has launched the very first Nexus One accessory, called Nexus One Desktop Dock.

This all new Nexus One add on works as a portable desktop phone charger that not only charges your Google smart phone but once the device is docked into the accessory, the phone automatically starts up applications that allow the device to display the local time and weather statistics, along with a slide show of the images stored in the device. Furthermore, the phone can then also be used as a wake up alarm device. Also, the Nexus One Desktop Dock comes with a 3.5mm-to-RCA audio cable, that allows the users to stream music from their phone to their audio systems.

This all new accessory can be purchased as a stand alone product or as a bundled package at the time of the purchase of the Nexus One. This cool product is priced at $45 and is available via the Official Google Store.
