The highly anticipated smart phone of T-Mobile network carrier which was expected to hit the markets on March 24th 2010, is now known to be arriving for the consumers earlier than anticipated. One of the primary differences between the HTC HD2 available on T-Mobile and the ones in the international markets, is that the T-Mobile device is bit taller than the other one and both the devise sport the same battery.

The most important of all differences between these two versions is the operating memory for the devices. The HTC HD2 on T-Mobile has been given 576MB RAM, 1GB ROM, while the latter that comes as a standalone version comes with 448MB RAM, 512MB ROM, that in itself is an awfully big difference, as this would definitely create a gap between the performance of both HD2 versions. The reason behind the big 1GB ROM on the T-Mobile device is that, the HTC HD 2 on the network carrier will also be embedded with various entertainment packages, such as Barnes & Noble eReader, Blockbuster on Demand, MobiTV, Gogo Inflight Internet Services and Slacker Radio.

Furthermore, the other big difference between the operator version and the international version of the HTC HD 2 is the carry case that comes with the package. As far as the international version is concerned, the HD 2 comes with a slide-in/slide-out pouch, thereby protecting all physicals contours of the phone. However, the T-Mobile carry case only offers limited protection, as it covers the back of the device and not the front, which it should, due to the fact that, the screen of the device is made entirely from glass and is much more susceptible to break.
