Panasonic has launched a weird way to take bath, which is quite common in Japan. By doing so, they have also solved an age-old problem that has bugged the Japanese people for centuries. The Japanese take their baths in a family bathing area where each one rinses and washes and then jumps into the bath, which is common to everyone.

However, the water usually gets cold or lukewarm when the second person gets in. In order to solve these problems, Panasonic has launched the HE-KU37CQS, which also falls under the name of Eco-Cute. The bath would detect the presence of a human and would heat water so that it is comfortable when he or she gets in.

The tub also learns the bathwater temperature according to the person and season so that each one gets to have water in the right temperature. This sure would be very expensive but nonetheless interesting and useful in Japan where communal baths are common.
