Religious fundamentalists in India are gaining power rapidly. Fundamental parties seem to be gaining a lot of power, especially among people who claim to be secular. These are the people that indulge in all the ‘vices’ but continue to hide behind the façade of morals and ethics, whose meanings they don’t really understand.
The ones that claim to be secular and forward in their thinking are actually hypocrites who encourage closing down of pubs and discotheques, which are seen as immoral. A 63 year old retired teacher and her husband voted for religious fundamentalists today. They are were outraged when militants beat up women and men in pubs across Karnatak and burned down churches.
Agnotists, Atheists and other sane people are in grave danger in this growing militancy. Like the retired teacher, there are thousands of people in India who do not practice what they preach and vote for fundamentalists.
This is an indication of the deep rooted hypocrisy that exists among Indians, especially the so called educated middle class.

Indian Democracy shows bankruptcy of good educated politicians, ideologies and educated informed electorate. It is really unfortunate that communal fanatic groups are gaining grounds everywhere in the modern globalised times and threatening to take country back to medieval ages.
The Picture depicted in this blog is a still from a Movie. But still i am not denying that Hypocracy is not there.., but still show me a country without Hypocracy, atleast show me a single person..!!
Hindus are not terrorist because they never fight in other country ,they fight in India only because India is hindu’s place. There are above 250 countries in world but there is no any hindu country where they can live with respect of hinduism. In every country people criticises hinduism and dominant hindus.Hindus want respect and protection for hinduism.
Very well put abha. Hindus have only one country which is India. Sadly there are extremists in very religion, not only in Hinduism but Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Sikhism etc. However this is a pic from a movie so i don’t know what the author is trying to get out of this.
