IFA 2011: Samsung Unveils The Next Generation Samsung MV800 ‘Multiview’ Camera

The IFA 2011 in Berlin, Germany is a one of the biggest platforms where numerous companies across the globe come to showcase the advancements made in the consumer electronics industry and introduce new state of the art products. A leading name in the electronics industry, Samsung, has now unveiled an all new Samsung MV800 ‘Multiview’ camera that has been designed and developed to provide the customers with a ‘Flip Out’ display that will enable them to take crystal clear shots from varied angles. The flip out screen is made up of a three inch LCD screen that is attached to hinge that enables the users to flip the screen over for a self-portrait shot or move it to various angles for different clicks. The Samsung MV800 ‘Multiview’ camera features a 16.1 megapixel sensor as well as a 5x optical zoom lens that provides a 26mm wide angle.

Samsung has also provided this incredible camera with a touchscreen interface called Smart Touch 3.0 that provides the users with drag & drop style menu. Furthermore, the Samsung MV800 also offers up to twelve background templates in the form of Magic Frame, while the ‘Picture in Picture’ features enables you to insert one image into another. Also, to ensure that you capture every shot in the best of manner, Samsung has added Live Panorama to the MV800 that allows to capture an entire wide angle shot in one single sweep of the lens, while holding down the shutter button. Consumers will also be able to enjoy HD image quality by connecting the camera to a HDTV courtesy of 3D Photo Feature. This remarkable camera also offers ‘on the go’ editing, where in users can carry out various tweaks such as photo rotation, adding effects, image cropping etc. The Samsung Multiview MV800 is expected to be launched in the middle of September this year with a price tag of $404.
